W dniach 15-19 maja 2023 r. mieliśmy interesujących gości z uniwersytetu albańskiego.
Dwóch ekspertów z zakresu nauk prawnych przybyło z Mediterranean Univeristy of Albania do Torunia z cyklem wykładów.
Interesujących treści wysłuchali studenci prawa oraz politologii.
Besmir Premalaj oraz Redion Luli analizowali współczesne aspekty prawa lotniczego, prawa własności oraz wielu innych kwestii.
Opiekunem gości był dr Krystian Chołaszczyński, zastępca koordynatora RODM Toruń, oraz mgr Przemysław Pawlak, kierownik Biura Projektów Europejskich w Akademii Kultury Społecznej i Medialnej w Toruniu – Akademii Nauk Stosowanych.
Visiting professor Besmir Premalaj (doktor prawa na Wydziale Prawa i Stosunków Międzynarodowych, kierownik Departamentu Prawa Cywilnego) wygłosił następujące wykłady:
The main concepts of property rights in Albania.
Property rights in Albanian socialism.
The process of transformation of property rights.
The compensation process for former owners.
The legalisation of illegal constructions.
Acquisition of land by foreigners

Natomiast Visiting professor Redion Luli (doktor prawa międzynarodowego i europejskiego, kierownik Szkoły Doktorskiej) analizował następujące treści:
– The need of amendation of the Chicago Convetion of 1944
– The regulation under international law of procedures for taking coercive measures
against intruder aircraft
– Legal counteraction to the global threat from terrorist organizations, expressed in
the use of civil aircraft as a weapon to destroy people and objects on the territory of
states
– Legislation of states allowing the use of weapons and military equipment against
civil aircraft violators
– Positions of legal scholars in the field of the use of force against civil aircraft
intruders
– Legal grounds and procedures for the use of force against civil aircraft intruders
– Acts of misuse of civil aircraft that create an immediate danger to people and
objects on the surface of the earth
